CAPA was founded in, 2005 by Nancy Arant Williams.  Seeing a need for independent authors to find an outlet for their books, she sought a way to get the word out. 

Using an online catalog and an interactive CD the business quickly grew and today is a major outlet for promoting the works of  small-press authors.
